Director - SAP SuccessFactors - Consulting Firm

Role Overview:

As the SAP SuccessFactors Director, you will serve as the strategic leader for our HR technology practice, overseeing the entire lifecycle of complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations. You will act as the primary bridge between our technical delivery teams and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions align with the evolving business objectives of our clients. This role demands a balance of high-level practice management, aggressive business development, and hands-on delivery oversight to drive revenue growth and maintain our reputation for excellence in the SAP domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects, ensuring all implementations meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Drive the presales lifecycle by developing compelling proposals, conducting solution demonstrations, and negotiating complex contracts to secure new business.

- Collaborate with internal leadership to define the strategic roadmap for the SAP SuccessFactors practice, keeping abreast of market trends and emerging HR technologies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in leading full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with a deep understanding of module integration and best practices.

- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, translating technical HR requirements into actionable business strategies for senior leadership.

- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth through effective presales, bid management, and account mining.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and drive performance in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.

- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site client interactions with remote team management in the Delhi NCR region.

- Possess 14 to 21 years of professional experience in SAP consulting, with a significant portion dedicated to SuccessFactors and practice management.
