Director - SAP Implementation

- We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Director to lead our SAP projects and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-wide SAP solutions for our clients.

- In this strategic role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of SAP implementation initiatives, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver tangible business value.

- Your leadership will guide a team of consultants and technical experts, coordinating with client stakeholders to ensure a smooth SAP deployment.

- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP frameworks and methodologies, with a proven track record of managing complex enterprise applications.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to align on expectations.

- Direct and mentor a team of SAP consultants, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices, methodologies, and tools to maximize the value of their investments.

- Perform risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact throughout the project.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 14-25years of experience in SAP implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and solutions, including FICO, SD, MM, and HCM.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP projects, with strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in change management and process improvement methodologies.
