Description : - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Indian market that aligns with the overall organisational goals and objectives. - Build and manage a high-performing sales team in India, including recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the Indian market. - Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and pricing with customers. - Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities for the organization in India. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure successful sales operations in India. - Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
