About the Opportunity:
The DirectorSales India will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing innovative sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building a high-performing national sales organization. This role offers the opportunity to expand the companys footprint across India by forging strategic partnerships, unlocking new revenue streams, and strengthening market presence. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with strong commercial acumen, exceptional execution capability, and a results-driven mindset.
Role Expectations:
- Achieve country-level sales objectives and cash flow targets while driving sustainable business growth.
- Define and execute strategic direction, including market insights and segmentation, to ensure effective resource deployment.
- Establish and optimize sales planning, forecasting, and business execution processes aligned with long-term objectives.
- Ensure seamless coordination and integration of sales resources, fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-caliber sales organization through effective hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management, with a focus on upskilling team members new to this product's industry.
- Contribute to long-term business strategy and represent the organization in internal forums and leadership discussions.
- Champion and enforce compliance standards across the sales organization.
What Were Looking For:
- Full-time MBA, preferably in Marketing or Business Management.
- 18+ years of relevant experience in the MedTech, Capital Equipment, or Medical Devices industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and business management skills.
