We are hiring for the position of Sales Director with one of the leading organization
Experience : 12+ years
Location : Bangalore
- Deliver 75-100 Cr of revenue realization through RFQ-to-PO conversions with <6-month cycle times.
- Build and sustain a 1,000-2,000 Cr forward order book for future years.
- Own the full commercial lifecycle: RFQ - proposal - pricing - negotiation - PO - ramp-up. Drive new customer acquisition.
- Lead critical RFQs, pricing strategy, negotiations, and closures personally.
- Lead and scale a focused sales organization (Sales Managers and Lead Generation team). Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to deliver manufacturable, margin-aligned solutions.
- Engage directly with customers across US and Europe and represent company as a global precision manufacturing partner.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Experience in global precision manufacturing sales.
- Background in precision.
- Proven track record of personally closing 5-20 Cr POs.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining, precision manufacturing, and machined sub-assemblies. Experience in EBITDA-disciplined organizations (>10-12%).
- Player-coach mindset with strong execution bias.
- Preferred age band: 38-50 years.
