Description: We are seeking a high-impact, growth-driven Director - Sales (West) to lead regional revenue strategy, accelerate customer acquisition, and scale enterprise relationships across the West India market. This role owns end-to-end P&L outcomes, drives pipeline excellence, and leads a cross-functional, agile sales squad delivering sustained growth across CPaaS, CCaaS, Conversational AI, and CRM solutions.

This is a playercoach leadership role requiring strong executive presence, hands-on deal ownership, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to win complex enterprise deals.

What Youll Own

Revenue & Growth Leadership

- Own and deliver regional Revenue and Gross Profit targets with full accountability.

- Drive predictable pipeline velocity, deal hygiene, and high-accuracy forecasting.

- Accelerate new logo acquisition while expanding wallet share across strategic accounts.

- Lead high-value enterprise deals, negotiations, and customer escalations.

Sales Squad Leadership

- Lead and inspire a cross-functional agile sales squad aligned to clear goals and outcomes.

- Establish strong execution rhythm through sprint planning, dailies, and performance reviews.

- Coach teams on enterprise selling, opportunity qualification, account planning, and value selling.

- Build a performance-driven culture with strong accountability and continuous feedback.

Market, Customer & Product Excellence

- Act as the regional market expert, with deep insights into customer challenges, competitors, and industry trends.

- Drive strong positioning of CPaaS, CCaaS, Conversational AI, and CRM platforms.

- Enable the squad with sharp product narratives and differentiated value propositions.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

- Serve as the single point of alignment across Legal, Finance, Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery.

- Proactively remove deal blockers and ensure faster turnaround on enterprise opportunities.

- Oversee segmentation, approvals, proposals, travel planning, and resource allocation.

Success Will Be Measured By

- Regional Revenue & Gross Profit achievement

- New enterprise customer acquisition

- Expansion and retention of strategic accounts

- Product mix growth (CPaaS, CCaaS, Conversational AI)

- Squad execution quality and performance consistency

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Experience

- 15+ years of enterprise solution sales experience exclusively within:

CPaaS

CCaaS

Conversational AI

CRM platforms

- Proven success in owning and scaling regional sales numbers.

- Strong experience selling to CXO and senior enterprise stakeholders.

- Track record of closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Leadership & Skill Set:

- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and influence skills.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-first mindset.

- Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and closing capabilities.

- Ability to coach, inspire, and scale high-performing sales teams.

Education: MBA preferred
