Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior enterprise sales leader to drive strategic customer partnerships and business growth across digital transformation and supply chain technology engagements.

The role requires strong consultative selling capabilities, executive stakeholder management, and proven success in closing large, complex enterprise transformation deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Partnership Leadership:

- Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior business/technology stakeholders

- Act as a trusted advisor on technology-led transformation initiatives

- Own strategic customer partnerships from opportunity creation to account expansion

Revenue & Growth Ownership

- Drive new business acquisition and grow existing enterprise accounts

- Manage complete sales cycles including qualification, solutioning, commercials, and closures

- Execute short-term and long-term growth strategies

- Consistently achieve revenue and pipeline targets

- Strategic Selling Focus

- Drive growth across:

- Enhanced Managed Services

- Digital Transformation initiatives

- Enterprise Platforms

- SaaS / PaaS solutions

- Supply Chain Transformation programs

- Technology & Transformation Consulting Sales

Position capabilities across:

- Supply Chain Management (SCM)

- Digital Transformation & Modernization

- Enterprise Platforms (Oracle, SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.)

- SaaS, PaaS, and composable platforms

- Partner & Ecosystem Development

- Build relationships with technology partners and system integrators

- Create joint go-to-market opportunities

- Represent the organization in industry forums and executive workshops

- Sales Execution & Governance

- Utilize modern sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and HubSpot

- Develop tailored proposals and value propositions

- Maintain forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 12-18+ years in enterprise sales, consulting sales, or client partner roles

- Proven experience closing large enterprise transformation deals

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise IT ecosystems

Experience across industries such as:

- Retail & Omni-channel

- Manufacturing & Distribution

- Logistics & Transportation

- Healthcare & Life Sciences

- Ability to translate technology solutions into business outcomes

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
