Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director Homeloans to lead and expand our homeloan business in Bangalore. This pivotal role involves spearheading sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and driving business development initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets.

The Director Homeloans will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, credit, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient loan processing. This role directly impacts the company's revenue growth and market share by providing accessible and tailored homeloan solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed homeloan disbursement targets within the Bangalore market.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and homeloan officers to maximize their performance and professional development.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, developers, and channel partners, to generate leads and expand market reach.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to homeloan origination and disbursement.

- Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new market segments and partnership opportunities.

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.

- Proven track record of success in sales management and business development within the homeloan industry.

- Strong understanding of the homeloan market, including products, processes, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.

- 6 - 15 years of relevant experience.
