Job Title: Director of Sales

Location: Lower-Parel, Maharashtra

Experience: 10+ years in sales, preferably in EdTech

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days), 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We are hiring a Director of Sales for our client, a leading digital education organization offering government-recognized programs.

This role is pivotal in driving the B2C sales function and achieving enrollment and revenue targets across domestic and international markets.

The ideal leader will oversee large sales teams, optimize sales processes, and ensure consistent top-line revenue growth.

As the Director of Sales, your responsibilities would be:

- Drive top-line revenue growth by improving conversion rates and executing strong sales strategies.

- Lead and motivate a 60+ member sales team across inbound, telesales, and chat functions.

- Set monthly targets, define incentives, and ensure consistent training, QA, and call audits.

- Oversee hiring, performance management, and daily KRAs across the sales function.

- Deliver P&L insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales efficiency.

Requirements:

- 10+ years in sales (EdTech preferred) with experience leading large teams of 30+ across inbound and chat functions.

- Strong sales mindset with deep understanding of conversion metrics and performance drivers.

- Proven leadership in target setting, incentive planning, training, and objection handling.

- Proficient with MS Office, CRMs, sales automation tools, and comfortable analyzing P&L-level performance.

- Exposure to optimizing CRM systems and implementing AI-driven sales processes.
