- 10-15 Years Role Overview. We are looking for an accomplished Director of Sales to lead revenue growth for a premium catering business.


- The role demands strong expertise in luxury hospitality sales, strategic account management, and high-value event acquisition across weddings, corporate events, and large-format banquets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall sales strategy and revenue generation for the catering business.

- Drive acquisition of high-value clients across luxury weddings, social events, and corporate catering.

- Build and manage relationships with HNIs, event planners, corporates, and venue partners.

- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales and business development team.

- Own sales forecasting, targets, pricing strategy, and pipeline management.

- Collaborate closely with operations and culinary teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

- Strengthen brand positioning in the luxury catering and hospitality market.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10-20 years of experience in luxury hotels, premium restaurants, or catering businesses.

- Strong background in sales leadership within hospitality or catering.


- Proven track record in driving high-value event and banquet sales.

- Deep industry network with event planners, venues, and corporate clients.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
