Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Director of Sales to lead and scale the sales function for a premium catering business based in Jaipur. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term relationships with high-value clients across weddings, corporate events, and bespoke catering engagements.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in luxury hospitality or catering sales, strong people leadership skills, and a proven ability to close large, high-margin business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.

- Identify new business opportunities across weddings, corporate events, social events, and premium catering segments.

- Drive consistent achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event management companies, luxury venues, and premium clientele.

- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

- Represent the brand in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and development.

- Foster a results-driven and customer-centric sales culture.

Business Development & Market Intelligence:

- Identify strategic partnerships and alliances to expand business reach.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with operations, culinary, and service teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

- Align sales commitments with operational capabilities to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Reporting & Forecasting:

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.

- Track KPIs and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within luxury hotels, banquets, or premium catering businesses.

- Proven track record of managing high-value events and large client portfolios.

- Strong network within Jaipur and nearby markets (preferred).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.

- Ability to lead teams and drive performance in a competitive environment.
