BNC has been mandated to recruit a Director - Sales and Business Development to drive growth and build lasting client relationships in key verticals for a leading Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platform industry based in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and execute a new logo customer acquisition strategy. 2. Take ownership of an entire business vertical (e.g., BFSI) and drive revenue growth within that sector. 3. Deliver quarterly and annual order booking targets. 4. Lead generation & qualification 5. Proposal preparation & submission 6. Contract negotiation & deal closure 7. Refine and enhance lead generation and qualification processes to improve customer engagement. 8. Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients to drive strategic partnerships. 9. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure customer success and long-term engagement. Qualifications & Skills 1. Undergraduate degree in Engineering is mandatory; MBA preferred (ideally from a premier institute). 2. 7-9 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in enterprise technology/SaaS. 3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 4. Experience in selling to enterprises (banks, insurance, financial services) is highly desirable. 5. Strong appreciation of technology and its applications in Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Customer Personalization. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 8. Immediate joiners within 15 days or maximum 30 days.
