Key Responsibilities:
- Build the sales function from scratch processes, playbooks, and pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire enterprise/B2B SaaS customers.
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Work closely with the founders to refine GTM strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize value delivery. Track and report sales metrics, providing insights to leadership.

- Mentor and eventually build a high-performing sales team as we scale.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in setting up or scaling sales processes from zero to one is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle P&L responsibility and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to sell to senior decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset self-driven, adaptable, and ready to take ownership.
