Title : Director of Sales & Partnerships ( US Region) - IT Services ( Salesforce)

Location : Gurgaon

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales & Partnerships to lead our business development and sales initiatives for the United States market. This is a sales-focused role where the individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and positioning the Organisation as the preferred Salesforce partner for leading businesses. Your primary mission will be to expand our client base, enhance market presence, and build lasting relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on revenue growth and market penetration.

- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key market segments.

- Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers.

- Conduct high-impact presentations and product demonstrations, articulating the business value of Organisation's Salesforce solutions.

- Engage with Salesforce AEs, ISVs, and other ecosystem partners to strengthen alliances.

Strategic Partnerships:

- Establish strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and drive cross-industry growth.

- Represent Wakencode Technologies at key industry events, Salesforce summits, and networking opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance goals.

- Foster a high-performance, sales-oriented culture with accountability and collaboration at its core.

Market Positioning & Brand Growth:

- Elevate Organisation's brand visibility and market reputation in the United States.

- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence to position Organisation effectively.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Track key sales metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for executive leadership.

- Use analytics to optimize sales strategies and drive data-driven decision-making.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- PG / MBA with min. 8+ years of experience in selling IT Service products in enterprises and partnership development, with mandatory minimum 2/3 year's experience in Salesforce services for US Market.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Strong network within the Salesforce and technology ecosystem is highly desirable.

- Experience working with large consulting firms is a plus.
