Key Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy & Enablement:
- Lead and support sales strategy, sales enablement, and execution frameworks across regions.
- Lead and support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy development and execution across regions, segments, and products.
- Drive sales excellence initiatives, best practices, and standardized operating models.
Planning, Performance & AOP Ownership:
- Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) including goal setting, target allocation, performance tracking, and progress reviews.
- Support sales planning and performance analysis across geographies, segments, and product lines.
- Assist in developing data-driven forecasts, projections, and productivity metrics.
Data Fluency & Analytics:
- Work with CRM and sales tools to track pipelines, conversions, win rates, and growth KPIs.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards for leadership visibility.
- Provide insights on sales productivity, funnel health, and execution gaps.
Sales Process & Excellence:
- Collaborate with revenue leaders to identify gaps in sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase conversion, velocity, and predictability.
- Drive adoption of tools, metrics, and disciplined sales governance.
Business Reviews & Leadership Support:
- Assist in preparing business review decks, leadership presentations, and board-level updates.
- Act as a thought partner to senior leaders for performance reviews and strategic discussions.
Market Expansion & Growth Initiatives:
- Identify whitespace opportunities and execute data-backed market expansion and revenue growth projects.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives.
- Build business cases for growth, optimization, and operational efficiency.
