About the Role
- We are looking for a high-agency, analytically sharp, and cross-functional leader to drive our US market growth.
- This role blends sales, strategy, execution, and experimentation.
- You'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, ops, product, and analytics - and directly contribute to our most critical charter: scaling aggressively in the North American market.
What You'll Do
- Lead programs aimed at accelerating user acquisition and revenue in the US market
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops to launch and scale initiatives
- Identify, define, and solve business problems using data and structured thinking
- Design and execute high-velocity experiments for GTM, pricing, partnerships, and process optimization
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance team over time
- Own dashboards, weekly business reviews, and key sales metrics
- Act as a thought partner to the VP of Sales & leadership team
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience: You've done frontline or inside sales and understand customer nuances
- Leadership: You've led a team (direct or cross-functional), owned outcomes, and delivered
results
- Data fluency: You're comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or SQL to find insights
- Cross-functional firepower: Ability to work with product, ops, sales, and marketing teams seamlessly
- Smart & sharp: You enjoy solving hard problems, are structured in thinking, and can simplify chaos
- Bias for action: You're not afraid to test new ideas and iterate fast
- Strong communicator: Can rally teams, present clearly, and influence decisions
Bonus if you have
- Experience working in or with US/Canada-focused edtech or consumer brands
- Exposure to early-stage growth environments or 0-to-1 playbooks
- Knowledge of CRM tools like LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Salesforce
