Director - Sales & Business Development - Big4

Role Overview:

As the Director for the Banking GCC market, you will be responsible for driving high-value partnerships with global financial institutions. This role is dedicated to the Banking GCCs in India, focusing on helping global banks scale their India-based operations through Staff Augmentation, Leadership Hiring, and Strategic Projects. You will position The Big 4 Company as the primary partner for banks looking to modernize their Business Transformation agenda (CTB & RTB).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Banking GCC Strategy & Expansion

a. Target and acquire new Banking GCC (Captive) clients, focusing on global investment banks, retail banks, and fintech giants

b. Identify, Connect & Engage with key stakeholders who are responsible to align India-based capabilities with global banking strategies

2. Staff Augmentation & Talent Services (BFSI)

a. sales for specialized contingent workforces, providing banks with on-demand experts with BA, PM and PMO skills

b. Talent Acquisition: Lead executive search and recruitment efforts for top-tier leadership roles within the Banking GCC ecosystem.

3. Relationship Management

a. Building Enduring Relationships & Cultivate deep-rooted, long-term partnerships with stakeholders and be the trusted advisor for their India growth story

b. Represent The Big 4 Company at major BFSI and Fintech forums, establishing the firm as a thought leader

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with around 15 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of selling Staff Augmentation services and Leadership Hiring solutions to large-scale organizations. He/ She should have extensive experience managing large banking accounts and a history of closing multi-million dollar contracts. A deep understanding of Banking Transformation, Regulatory & Compliance, and Digital Transformation, has a strong existing network of contacts within the Bangalore Banking GCC ecosystem.
