We are hiring for the position of Sales Director with one of the leading organization
Experience: 15+ years
Age Limit: upto 15 years
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 75-100 Cr of revenue realization through RFQ-to-PO conversions with <6-month cycle times.
- Build and sustain a 1,000-2,000 Cr forward order book for future years.
- Own the full commercial lifecycle: RFQ - proposal - pricing - negotiation - PO - ramp-up.
- Drive new customer acquisition across industrial OEMs, capital equipment, semiconductor equipment, energy, medical, and high-precision industrial sectors.
- Lead critical RFQs, pricing strategy, negotiations, and closures personally.
- Lead and scale a focused sales organisation (Sales Managers and Lead Generation team).
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to deliver manufacturable, margin-aligned solutions.
- Engage directly with customers across US and Europe and represent company as a global precision manufacturing partner.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in global precision manufacturing sales.
- Background in industrial precision, capital equipment, semiconductor equipment, energy, or medical precision.
- Proven track record of personally closing 5-20 Cr POs.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining, precision manufacturing, and machined sub-assemblies.
- Experience in EBITDA-disciplined organisations (>10-12%).
- Player-coach mindset with strong execution bias.
- Preferred age band: 38-50 years.
Overview:
Company is building a high-growth Precision Components & Machined Sub-Assemblies business and seeks a hands-on Sales Director to deliver immediate revenue realization while building a deep, multi-year global order book. This role is central to FY26 execution and beyond.
Success Definition:
- 75-100 Cr of revenue realization in short/medium cycles.
- 1,000-2,000 Cr forward order book built.
- Strong new logo acquisition beyond traditional aerospace programs.
- Predictable, margin-disciplined RFQ conversion engine.
Target Candidate DNA:
- Personally closed 5-20 Cr POs multiple times.
- Strong RFQ - PO - revenue conversion discipline.
- Experience selling complex machined parts and sub-assemblies.
- Background from industrial precision, capital equipment, semiconductor equipment, energy, or medical precision.
- Aerospace background welcome but not mandatory.
