Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing the sales function, driving revenue growth, and developing high-performing sales teams. This role involves defining sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis, overseeing sales operations, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure targets are met or exceeded

- Prepare and present operational and financial sales reports to leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, supporting learning, performance, and career growth

- Drive cross-selling initiatives and coordinate joint marketing efforts to increase revenue and market visibility

- Work closely with marketing, product, and other stakeholders to align sales initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors/Master's degree or equivalent practical experience

- 5+ years of overall experience in sales

- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or managerial role

- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams

- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills

Skills & Competencies:
