Director - Retail Operations - Pharmacy/Pharma

1. P&L Ownership & Business Performance

- Own and drive the retail P&L, including topline, bottomline, category mix, and cost controls.

- Create robust business plans and oversee performance against revenue and profitability targets.

- Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, efficiency levers, and margin improvement initiatives.

2. Retail Sales Leadership

- Lead a geographically distributed sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

- Define sales KPIs, monitor city/store performance, and drive execution discipline.

- Provide strategic direction and coaching to build a high-performance, outcome-oriented culture.

3. Store Operations & Infrastructure

- Ensure seamless execution of day-to-day store operations in alignment with SOPs and compliance requirements.

- Oversee store infrastructure management including maintenance, layout optimization, and timely readiness for new store openings.

- Drive excellence in Quick Commerce fulfillment metrics and TATs.
