Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Workforce Leadership:
- Design and execute the end-to-end Resource Management strategy across global delivery units.
- Align workforce capacity with evolving business and market demands.
Resource Fulfillment & Utilization
- Drive high-velocity internal mobility and resource fulfillment to ensure project readiness.
- Optimize billability and utilization rates while effectively managing bench capacity.
Data-Driven Workforce Planning
- Leverage AI-enabled workforce tools such as Saviom, Planview, or similar platforms for capacity planning and demand forecasting.
- Utilize Power BI and analytics dashboards to transform workforce data into actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Delivery, HR, Finance, and Business Unit leaders to align talent supply with project demand.
- Influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders on workforce planning and optimization.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing RMG team.
- Establish best practices and build a culture focused on operational excellence and strategic talent deployment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 18+ years of experience in IT Services or Consulting.
- Minimum 5+ years leading a Resource Management Group (RMG) function at scale.
- Proven success in reducing bench percentage, improving utilization rates, and managing large skill taxonomies.
- Experience supporting multiple delivery models including T&M, Fixed Price, and Agile frameworks.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
