- Team management of approx 150+
What You Need:
Education: CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, MBA (Finance), FRM, or similar.
Experience: 17-18+ years in Regulatory, finance background, with minimum 8-9+ years hands on experience in regulatory, Risk reporting
Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial regulations (RWA/Basel III/IV, Solvency II, etc.), liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR), and risk-weighted assets.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and experience with automation and change management.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of key financial and risk metrics.
- Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time to regulators and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changing regulations and assess how they affect reporting.
- Lead projects to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting processes.
- Work with IT and data teams to improve data quality and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with finance, risk, treasury, and business teams.
- Be the main contact for regulators on reporting matters.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a large team of reporting professionals.
- Build expertise and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Experience driving automation, standardization, and digitalization within finance and regulatory functions
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with attention to data integrity and controls.
- Prior experience in regulatory change programs and system implementations
