Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the RPO services team, ensuring recruitment goals and client expectations are consistently met.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance overall recruitment efficiency and service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing customized solutions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms for better efficiency.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain Talent Worxs leadership in RPO services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within RPO services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing RPO projects and delivering measurable results.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, platforms, and operational workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
