Director - Record to Report - Global Capability Center

We are partnering with a leading global client to hire a Director - Record to Report (R2R) for their India Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad.

This is a high-impact leadership role for finance professionals looking to drive large-scale transformation, build global teams, and influence enterprise-wide finance operations.

The Opportunity:

- Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) operations across a global finance landscape

- Play a key role in transitioning, stabilizing, and transforming finance processes

- Drive automation, digital transformation, and process excellence initiatives

- Partner with global stakeholders to deliver best-in-class shared services

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee R2R processes: month-end close, journals, reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support

- Build and scale high-performing teams (100+ members)

- Drive service delivery excellence aligned to SLAs and KPIs

- Lead transformation initiatives leveraging technology and automation

- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change management

What We're Looking For:

- CA / CPA / MBA / ACCA with 18+ years of experience

- Deep expertise in Finance Shared Services / GCC environments

- Proven track record of leading large, global teams (100+)

- Strong exposure to R2R operations, transformation, and automation

- Ability to operate in a matrixed, global environment and influence senior stakeholders
