Description:

- Role: AVP Record to Report (RTR)

- Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Excellence & Transformation

- Lead the Record to Report (RTR) Or AP process transformation agenda to drive standardization, simplification, and efficiency across global operations

- Design and implement process excellence frameworks using Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies

- Record to Report (RTR) or Accounts Payable process design, governance & optimization

- Product Management & Ownership-End-to-end product lifecycle management

- Strategic Vision & Roadmap Development

- Transformation & Process Excellence

- Digital & Automation Skills

- Experience with RPA tools

- Agentic AI

- Hands-on experience with ERP and close management systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS/Cloud, Workday Financials, BlackLine etc

Qualifications and Experience:

- CA / MBA (Finance) with 10-12 years with RTR or PTP domain experience Accounting and Reporting

- 5+ years of experience in product management, finance transformation, or enterprise financial systems implementation

- Knowledge of RPA, data transformation, and workflow orchestration tools supporting accounting processes is an advantage
