Role Summary :

We are seeking a senior finance leader to head the global Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) function as part of a large-scale Finance Transformation initiative. This role will own the full revenue and cash lifecycle-customer setup, order management, billing, collections, dispute management, and cash application-while driving digital enablement, compliance, and customer experience excellence across global markets.

The ideal leader brings deep O2C/Q2C expertise, strong operational command, and a proven track record in automation, AI-driven process redesign, and shared-services scale-up.

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Quote to Cash (Q2C) will lead global Order-to-Cash operations, owning the entire revenue and cash lifecycle-from billing and collections to cash application, dispute management, and AR governance. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep O2C expertise, strong operational command, and the ability to steer large-scale transformation.

You will drive end-to-end accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across global processes while improving key metrics such as DSO, aged debt, cash-flow predictability, and customer experience. The role demands close alignment with Sales, Commercial Finance, Operations, and downstream Accounting teams to ensure a seamless Quote-to-Cash journey.

A critical focus will be digital transformation. The leader will redesign Q2C processes using AI, RPA, ML, and advanced analytics, introduce automation in billing and payment workflows, and integrate systems across ERP (SAP/Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce). Building real-time dashboards and predictive insights will be key to elevating performance visibility.

You will also ensure robust governance by strengthening SOX controls, revenue-recognition compliance (ASC 606/IFRS 15), credit-risk frameworks, and audit readiness across global Q2C operations.

The role involves building and scaling a high-performing Q2C organization in India, driving talent development, succession planning, and a culture of innovation and accountability. As a senior leader, you will partner with Sales, Finance, Technology, and the CFO organization to influence global process design, automation strategy, and system architecture.

This position is ideal for a transformation-oriented leader who brings strategic thinking, operational depth, and the ability to lead global teams through modernization and scale.

Ideal Candidate Profile

-15+ years in Order-to-Cash, Billing, Revenue Operations or Q2C leadership roles.

- 5+ years managing global teams within Shared Services/GBS.

- Strong expertise in SAP/Oracle/Netsuite/Workday + CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics).

- Hands-on experience with automation tools (RPA, GenAI, ML) and analytics (Power BI/Tableau).

- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and transformation leadership.
