We're Hiring: Property Management Director

Are you a seasoned leader in Facilities & Property Management looking to drive large-scale operations and workplace transformation ? We are hiring a Property Management Director to lead multi-city corporate facilities and deliver world-class employee experiences.

About the Role:

This is a leadership role responsible for managing a geographically distributed portfolio of corporate facilities. You will oversee end-to-end facilities operations including engineering, soft services, workplace experience, transport, and vendor ecosystem-ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective workplaces.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience required: 20+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead facilities operations across multiple cities and large campuses

- Manage end-to-end FM services (Engineering, Soft Services, Cafeteria, Transport, Space Planning)

- Drive strategic initiatives around workplace transformation and optimization

- Own budgets, cost optimization, and financial planning

- Lead vendor management, contracts, and governance

- Ensure compliance, safety, and risk mitigation across sites

- Enhance employee experience through workplace excellence programs

- Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives

- Build and lead high-performing teams

What We're Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience in Facilities / Property Management

- 4+ years of leadership experience

- Strong exposure to multi-city operations

- Expertise in engineering systems, compliance, and FM best practices

- Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management

- Background in large corporates / MNC / BFSI / IT/ITES preferred
