- Project Planning & Execution: Lead the creation and timely delivery of 3D plans and BOQs, ensure client requirements and handover deadlines are met, coordinate with Procurement, monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain all project documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Keep stakeholders informed about delays or risks, identify risks early, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Cost Management: Estimate project costs for new contracts and maintain standardized costing guidelines.
- Resource Management: Assign tasks and timelines, provide necessary tools, reallocate resources based on project needs, and ensure optimal resource utilization within budget.
- Vendor Management: Define vendor performance standards, conduct audits and reviews, manage vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- People Management: Implement performance and development policies, collaborate with HR for recruitment, conduct evaluations, provide constructive feedback, plan succession, and foster a positive workplace culture.
