ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a mechanical engineering industry leader who has worked in automotive, heavy engineering, aerospace, or manufacturing, someone who has led production lines, managed maintenance, designed tooling, or driven quality systems. Your title may have been Production Manager, Plant Head, Maintenance Lead, Design Engineer Manager, or Quality Head.

- Shop Floor Learning brings actual production data, rejection analysis, OEE calculations, and maintenance logs into the classroom.

- CAD/CAM/CAE Ensure proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, or AutoCAD Mechanical.

- Industry 4.0 introduces students to IIoT, predictive maintenance, and smart factory concepts through live industry tie-ups.

Internships: Leverage your network to place students in manufacturing plants, tool rooms, and R&D centers.

Placement Target core companies: Maruti, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Bosch, Cummins, L&T, Siemens, BHEL, etc.
