Program Lead (Director) Function Program Delivery:

Reports to AVP, PMO Centre of Excellence.

Level: Director.

Experience: 15+ years in program - delivery management, with experience owning governance, RAID - risk tracking, and executive reporting for complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

Role Purpose:

Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of enterprise Global Capability Centre (GCC) programs - typically 2-3 or more concurrent engagements at a time - acting as the connective layer between ANSR Client Partners, Delivery workstreams, and Client leadership. Accountable for each program from intake through stabilization, ensuring it is planned, governed, and delivered against agreed scope, timeline, and value outcomes.

What You'll Own:

Program Delivery:

- Accountable for programs from intake through stabilization, across a portfolio of 2-3+ concurrent GCC engagements at a time.

- Own integrated program plans across all workstreams for every program in your portfolio.

- Map dependencies across workstreams, functions, and client stakeholders to prevent delivery delays.

- Run risk and issue management - identify, track, and drive mitigation; escalate proactively rather than at review checkpoints.

- Ensure delivery aligns to agreed scope, timelines, and value outcomes; curtail scope creep.

Governance & Reporting:

- Lead client governance, steering forums, and outcome reviews for each program.

- Own risk, dependency, and escalation management, reporting directly to both client and ANSR leadership.

- Consolidate and present program updates and delivery insights to senior leadership across your full portfolio, not just program-by-program.

- Partner with the PMO Centre of Excellence to maintain program tracking, RAID logs, and reporting standards.

Delivery Partnership & Continuous Improvement:

- Operate across stakeholder altitudes - steering-committee and executive/sponsor-level conversations on one program, hands-on delivery detail on another, often the same day.

- Own orchestration from contract signature through mobilization and into steady-state delivery for every program you carry.

- Conduct post-program evaluations to identify what worked and what didn't, feeding lessons into future engagements.

- Contribute to PMO-wide standards, playbooks, and reusable frameworks based on patterns observed across your portfolio.

Must Have:

- 15+ years in program or delivery management, with demonstrated ownership of governance cadences, RAID - risk tracking, and executive reporting - not limited to project coordination.

- Proven experience independently running multiple concurrent, complex programs - no single projects in isolation - in a matrixed organization; GCC, consulting, or shared-services environments strongly preferred.

- Track record managing multiple senior, cross-functional stakeholders - client executives/sponsors down to functional leads.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and self-manage across competing demands with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or masters degree in business, Operations, or a related field.

- Strong program/project management skills; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

- High proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good to Have:

- Direct experience setting up or scaling GCCs / shared-services operations.

- Exposure to SoW, contract, or commercial review processes.

- Experience presenting to enterprise client leadership, not just internal stakeholders.
