Director Of Product What does a typical day look like for a Director, Product Management ? - Define and own the core product's strategic vision and own the long-term roadmap to ensure to be a leader in the market - Build and drive product teams to execute on the roadmap in a scalable manner - Responsible for the end-to-end experience of products by overseeing the product's requirements, design, messaging, pricing, reliability, and customer engagement. - Deeply understand your customer, their needs, the business landscape and product functionality - Drive strategic communications internally and externally to help align all stakeholders - Own the business metrics and map them to product OKRs - Work closely with leadership to understand the market landscape and prioritize problems to reach the business outcomes - Work closely with technical teams to ensure the end product reaches the intended outcomes - Hire and build a world class team of product and design managers to drive innovation What responsibilities will you be trusted with for the Director, Product Management Role: - 10+ years of experience in product management in Software as a Service (SaaS) products - Deep understanding of how to manage and build technical products - Entrepreneurial spirit with track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments - History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership - Experienced in overseeing roadmap strategy and alignment of stakeholders - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven record of building, managing and sustaining end to end products - Superior analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Must already be in a Director, Product Management or an equivalent role.
