About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Director of Product Marketing to define and drive our global cybersecurity product marketing strategy. This is a senior leadership position for someone with deep expertise in cybersecurity solutions and proven success leveraging marketing automation platforms like Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and similar tools to deliver measurable impact at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end product marketing strategy for our cybersecurity portfolio worldwide.
- Define market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products.
- Lead the development of persona-based marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.
- Oversee competitive analysis, market intelligence, and customer insights to guide product strategy and innovation.
- Build and manage a high-performing global product marketing team; mentor and develop future leaders.
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Development teams to ensure strong pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Direct the creation of sales enablement assets, thought-leadership content, digital campaigns, and executive-level presentations.
- Measure and optimize marketing performance with clear KPIs and ROI tracking.
Key Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive experience in marketing with at least 8-10 years in senior product marketing leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity solutions or platforms (products, services, or SaaS).
- Proven record of building and scaling global B2B enterprise product marketing programs.
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and related automation tools.
- Exceptional GTM, messaging, and positioning capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with cross-functional executive teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
