Title : Product Manager - Data Quality Framework Function Category : Risk Job Type : Full Time Rank : Director Your role : - This is an exciting opportunity in the fast evolving field of data management and data driven business We are seeking for an experienced, innovative and energetic individual to drive further the development of machine learning oriented technologies for the management of data quality with Group Risk Control. - You'll be joining the Group Risk Control (GRC) Data Strategy & Controls Crew working closely with the GRC Data Management Office and the Risk IT function (Crew technical lead). As a Product Manager your key deliverable includes: - Development of a clear product/pod vision and strategy linked to Objectives and Key Results agreed with the key stakeholders, Product Owners and Crew Leads - Delivery of a product and product functionality iteratively starting with an MVP for new products launch. - Client satisfaction with effective KPIs and measurements to support pod Objectives and Key Results based on collected client feedback. - Continuous product inspection and iteration to ensure product improvement and optimization along the product lifecycle and prioritized Pod backlog and business requirement specification. - Quality of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirements (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, ...) and cost efficiency perspective. - Coach junior staffs in the Crew to help them develop technical skills in programming and modelling Your team: - We are a group of highly skilled professionals working in a sophisticated and fast-paced environment. Must be passionate about software design and writing high quality code - Experience writing high quality Python is preferable - Must be motivated and dependable - Team oriented with excellent communication and influencing skills on top of strong critical thinking
