Director - Product Management - NBFC

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead product strategy and execution for our ERP, Trading, Lending, and Supply Chain Finance platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in B2B Finance, NBFC/Fintech ecosystems, and Agri domain products, with a proven ability to scale financial technology solutions and build strategic partnerships that drive impact across rural and Agri-value chains.

He/She will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive lending product innovation, forge new partnerships with NBFCs, banks, and Fintech and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial products and ERP-integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap across ERP, trading, and supply chain finance solutions.

- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales) to deliver scalable B2B and Agri-fintech products.

- Build and scale digital lending workflows (LOS/LMS), supply chain financing, and embedded finance modules.

- Drive ERP and trading platform integrations to enable seamless financing and credit assessment.

- Collaborate with NBFCs, banks, and fintech partners to co-create financial products suited for Agri stakeholders (dealers, traders, FPOs, SMEs).

- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines, KYC, E-mandates, data governance).

- Use data-driven insights to optimize credit risk models, improve customer experience, and increase adoption.

- Mentor and grow the product management team, building a high-performance product culture.

- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and client discussions as a thought leader in Agri-fintech and supply chain financing.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Strong background in Trading, ERP systems, and Supply Chain Financing.

- Proven track record in B2B Finance, NBFCs, or Fintech companies operating in the Agri/rural domain.

- Experience with digital lending platforms (LOS, LMS, underwriting models, e-mandate integrations).

- Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to work with CXOs, financial partners, regulators, and tech teams.

- Data-driven decision maker with experience in product analytics, credit risk, and financial reporting.

- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, or Technology; technical background (B.Tech/Engineering) preferred.
