Role & Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term product portfolio aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead product strategy across the full product lifecycle from customer discovery and problem identification to launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, and/or Product Owners, building a high-performing product organization.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Business teams to deliver impactful products.
- Translate customer needs, market trends, business priorities, and competitive intelligence into clear product opportunities and priorities.
- Establish and manage product KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, revenue metrics, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive prioritization of product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, strategic alignment, effort, and ROI.
- Own executive-level communication around product strategy, roadmap, progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new growth opportunities, product-led initiatives, partnerships, and new markets.
- Drive product launches and go-to-market readiness in collaboration with commercial and operational teams.
- Use data, analytics, customer research, experimentation, and market insights to make product decisions.
- Establish strong product-management processes, including discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, experimentation, and product reviews.
- Champion a customer-centric and outcome-driven product culture across the organization.
- Manage multiple products/workstreams while balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 8-12 years of overall experience, with substantial experience in Product Management and progressively increasing ownership and leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading end-to-end product strategy and execution for digital, technology, SaaS, B2B, B2C, fintech, marketplace, or other technology-led products.
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring product teams and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, customer research, product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, experimentation, and product analytics.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong commercial orientation with an understanding of revenue, unit economics, customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and profitability.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present effectively to CXO/senior leadership.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams in an agile product-development environment.
- Strong customer empathy combined with a data-driven and outcome-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
- Experience with product analytics and experimentation tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in a Director/Senior Product Manager/Group Product Manager capacity is preferred, depending on the candidate's overall experience and scope.
