Product Management Director - Corporate Banking - Supply Chain Finance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Management Director to lead our Corporate Banking Supply Chain Finance product suite, including Floorplan, Receivables, Payables, Channel Financing, and Trade products.

In this role, you will define product outcomes and strategy, drive towards an end-state vision, and lead cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits. You will own key business and customer metrics, as well as related processes, policies, and risk/controls.

In This Role, You Will

- Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors

- Analyze customer and results-oriented information

- Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products

- Identify opportunities and strategies for pricing policies, distribution strategies, technical systems, and customer requirements

- Manage companywide efforts to align distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product management

- Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues

- Interpret and develop new products or product lines and manage product life cycles for functions with moderate-to-high complexity and risk

- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders

- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management

- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Desired Characteristics & Competencies

- Proven track record building large functional India-based Product Management teams, driving agile, design thinking, and upskilling initiatives

- Own multi-year product roadmaps aligned to growth, modernization, and operational efficiency for a large global suite of corporate banking working capital products with high volume and complexity

- Experience with AI tools to drive product management discovery, design, requirements, and user testing

- Experience building Agentic AI Agents and deploying use cases into production to reduce manual effort and mitigate risk

- Lead product portfolios across geographies with strong matrixed collaboration

- Partner closely with engineering, data, and platform teams on APIs, integrations, automation, and analytics-driven products

- Apply data-informed decision-making using product and business KPIs

- Drive business cases, funding proposals, and value realization for new product investments

- Experience in banking or FinTech Product Management related to corporate financing of global products including Supply Chain Finance, Floorplan Financing, Trade, and Channel Financing

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on GTM readiness

- Build and mentor high-performing product management talent globally, including India-based teams

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and outcome ownership

- Experience operating in large-scale global delivery models with India-based product and technology teams

- Comfort working across time zones and diverse cultural contexts

- Familiarity with enterprise-scale, data-intensive, and regulated environments for large-scale companies with complex structures

Ideal Candidate Profile (IIM Focus)

- MBA from IIM (any campus) or equivalent premier B-school

- 15-20+ years of experience in Product Management within Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking, or FinTech

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, and Working Capital products

- Proven leadership in global delivery models with India-based teams

- Experience driving AI/Agentic AI initiatives in production environments
