Required:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-scale B2B SaaS products or comparable relevant experience.
- Experience building or product managing high-scale platform products.
- Strong communication (presentation, verbal, and written) and collaboration skills.
- You easily work with customers and colleagues across different functions and backgrounds.
- Demonstrated business results from products, features, or capabilities you have shipped.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- You can produce solid action plans from often incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Identity and Access management protocols and products, such as Active Directory, Entra ID.
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience that allows you to rationalize and influence technical design decisions.
- Advanced degree in technical or business field, MBA helpful.
- Experience building and growing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Global Cross Functional teams to drive the Lifecycle Management platform by evolving organization's imports framework and owning the top strategic integrations, most adopted by customers.
- Develop roadmaps that make hard tradeoffs and prioritize the highest value work first.
- Work with India-based development scrum teams (PM, UX, Dev) to deliver platform capabilities that delight our customers.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs, validate hypotheses, and use this information to inform strategic vision, innovation, product decisions, prioritization, and roadmap.
- Define and communicate product requirements, including features, user experience, and technical specifications, to engineering and design teams.
- Leverage product data to continually get smarter about how to improve our existing products, and work across the business to drive adoption and success.
- Track industry trends and think strategically to develop differentiated solutions from the competition.
- Actively mentor and support the professional development of the PMs you manage by identifying their strengths, aspirations, and areas for improvement.
