
Job Description:
- Hands-on complete inbound and outbound product management responsibilities.
- Set strategic objectives (OKRs/KPIs) that align with corporate goals (e.g., revenue growth, profitability, market share), measure them, and ship products which meet or exceed them.
- Roadmap ownership, prioritize investments across new features, enhancements, and technical debt to maximize ROI. Evaluate market offerings for build/buy fit, and for competitive aspects.
- Positioning, messaging, sales, field, and partner enablement.
- Participate in any pre-sales and post-sales customer and partner activities representing the products.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Presales, Professional Services, Support teams and build a culture of customer-first with unmatched competence and excellence across all functions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8-12+ years in product management with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS for enterprise finance/ERP
- 3+ years managing product teams or senior IC with demonstrated leadership
- Direct experience with Controllership operations, financial close, or GL accounting processes
- Track record of successful enterprise product launches ($10M+ ARR impact)
- Experience with AI/ML products, particularly agentic or autonomous systems
Domain Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Controllership workflows: accounts payables processes, close processes, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting
- Familiarity with ERP systems and chart of accounts structures across major platforms
- Working knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS) and SOX compliance requirements
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, agent frameworks, and model evaluation
Skills:
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executive presentations and technical specifications
- Enterprise sales support including demo delivery and RFP responses
