Role Overview:
As the Director of Product Management, you will serve as a pivotal leader driving the end-to-end product vision and execution for our enterprise-grade solutions in Hyderabad. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user empathy, working closely with executive leadership, engineering heads, and cross-functional teams to translate complex market needs into scalable product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives to capture significant market share in the B2B landscape.
- Oversee the product design lifecycle, ensuring that every feature iteration prioritizes intuitive user workflows and superior customer experience.
- Mentor and scale high-performing product teams, fostering an environment of accountability, creative problem-solving, and professional excellence.
- 8+ years in product management with portfolio-level accountability for multiple products or customer segments
- Migration strategy execution: Led customer migrations at scale (100+ accounts), developed segmentation models, built migration tooling/playbooks
- Workload automation or IT operations domain. Deep understanding of job scheduling, batch processing, ERP integration, SAP workflows, or cloud orchestration
- Team leadership Hired, developed, and retained Product Owners or junior PMs in distributed/offshore models
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to architect and scale complex B2B product ecosystems, balancing technical feasibility with aggressive commercial goals.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and align cross-functional teams toward a unified vision.
- Proven track record of leveraging data analytics and user research to drive product design decisions that measurably improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, capable of navigating the nuances of a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad.
- Advanced academic credentials from a premier institute, providing a strong foundation in business management or engineering leadership
