Director - Product Head

Roles & Responsibilites :

- Lead product strategy and execution for high-scale operational challenges

- Design solutions for fragmentation: multi-location operations, logistical bottlenecks, and distributed networks

- Work hands-on with ops teams to ensure adoption and measurable impact

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data to deliver scalable, efficient products

- Influence leadership with insights and strong business cases

Looking For

- 8+ years in product/engineering roles at operations-heavy organizations (e.g., logistics, mobility, delivery, retail supply chain, travel, or marketplaces)

- Proven track record of building tech as a business driver, not IT support

- Experience solving last-mile, multi-location, or fragmented operations challenges

- Strong mix of strategy + execution, comfortable with both boardroom and ground-level problem solving

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
