Role Overview: The Product Development Director will provide strategic and technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable products and platforms for global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple engineering teams and ensure high-quality product delivery.

- Build a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor senior leaders and engineers.

- Drive engineering excellence across Agile, CI/CD, automation, and DevOps.

- Partner with Product, Sales, and PMO teams on roadmaps and execution.

- Participate in architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy.

- Evangelize product vision with strong executive presence.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong technical R&D background (Dev/Test/DevOps).

- 6-8+ years of people management experience.

- Hands-on Agile experience.

- Video domain exposure is a plus.
