Job Description :

What will you do :

- You will develop and articulate a compelling and inspiring Core Platform and CRM product vision and strategy that delights our upstream services and customers. You will live and breathe the data and insights about your products, constantly seeking points of leverage that will help us achieve Entains broader goals and ambitions.

- You will champion our transformation of the Platform by partnering with the Platform Engineering Director to modernise the Core Platform and CRM (reward) components which underpin all our businesses.

- You will design a model for the core Player Account Management (PAM) services as a Platform-as-a-Service, enabling flexible integration and loose coupling.

- You will use a techno-functional approach to design backend systems that support multiple micro frontend labels effectively.

- You will develop, lead and coach a stellar team of product managers, guiding them in discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives. By providing development, coaching, objectives and goal setting and performance management, you will ensure the team is motivated and productive, achieving real customer and business impact.

- You will ensure that your product organisation is aligned with the broader company in pursuing the best opportunities, collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders including design, technology, compliance, commercial, finance and legal.

- You will partner with technology and design teams to deliver a world class product offering, ensure quality, effective and timely product delivery. You will drive product metrics that demonstrate your product impact for our customers and our business. Aligning product direction and roadmap, you will be making trade-offs as necessary with key stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality products at a predictable cadence.

- You will serve as product evangelist both internally and externally. Present product updates and benefits to stakeholders, customers and partners

Qualifications :

- Significant Product leadership experience managing and leading at a director level in a Product-Led organisation.

- A demonstrated track record of successfully launching and iteratively scaling online products.

- Strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape, including knowledge of regulations and compliance considerations when building great customer experiences.

- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing empowered product teams.

- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and customer and business problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives while maintaining a player-centric approach.

- Demonstrable evidence of influencing at senior levels of an organisation, the ability to get stakeholders and teams to buy-in into your product vision
