The Role - Own the North Star As the Product Leader, you will define the 12-24 month roadmap and the 3-year vision for the NoiseFit app. From personalized coaching to integrated commerce, from ML-driven insights to vibrant community experiences - you'll be crafting experiences that not only add value to users, but unlock new monetisation opportunities for the brand.This role requires a strategic thinker, a hands-on builder, and a collaborative leader who thrives on impact, speed, and scale. What You'll Own: 1. Product Strategy & Vision: - Define and drive a compelling 3-year vision for the NoiseFit ecosystem, with a 12-month rolling roadmap across fitness, health, social, and commerce. - Convert vision into OKR-driven bets, with quarterly portfolio reviews aligned to Noise's broader goals. - Advance ML/AI-powered personalization across wellness tracking, community features, coaching, and insights. 2. Growth & Monetisation: - Build and scale in-app monetization channels - subscriptions, commerce, partner APIs, and content. - Create full-funnel growth loops - acquisition, activation, retention, referral - powered by experimentation and tools like Amplitude, Clevertap, Mixpanel. - Drive ecosystem partnerships (health insurers, fitness creators, OEMs) to unlock new value. - Build retention engines using gamification, habit loops, smart goals, and personalized nudges. 3. Execution & Delivery Excellence: - Run a 2-4 week release train, define sprint rituals, and set high-quality delivery benchmarks. - Institutionalize product processes - from discovery - PRD - launch, balancing agility with quality. - Enable real-time insights with telemetry, A/B testing, dashboards, and in-app analytics. - Orchestrate watch-to-app integration with cross-functional pods - Firmware, Cloud, CX, Marketing. 4. People & Cross-functional Leadership: - Hire, coach, and scale a multi-level PM org across verticals. - Champion strong collaboration models with Engineering, Design, QA, NPD, ensuring startup speed and enterprise-grade quality. - Be the voice of the customer - combining research and behavioral insights to deliver delight. - Collaborate with CXOs on business reviews, trade-offs, and strategic investments The Ideal Noisemaker: - Have 10+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in consumer tech / health-tech / fitness apps. - You are a data-informed decision-maker who's fluent in experimentation frameworks and growth analytics. - Bring experience in monetization models, especially subscriptions and digital commerce. - Understand AI/ML use cases for personalization in consumer journeys. - Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are known for taking ideas to scale. - Are obsessed with user delight and passionate about building products that improve lives
