Director - Principal Architect - IT

We are having opening for Principal Architect (AEM).

Key Responsibilities:.

- Practice Leadership: Lead AEM & Workfront practice growth, define vision, and technology roadmap.

- Technical Delivery & Governance: Oversee solution architecture, implementation, and integration of Adobe AEM and Workfront.

- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and lead technical workshops.

- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of new Adobe platform features and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Required Experience & Qualifications:.

- 15+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in enterprise content management and digital marketing platforms.

- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront.

- Strong client-facing skills and experience with agile delivery, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.

- Adobe Certified Master Architect (AEM) and/or Workfront certifications preferred.

- This role requires a seasoned technical leader to drive the growth and excellence of the AEM and Workfront practice.
