Key Responsibilities: Integration & Consolidation Support: - Lead M&A post-deal activities within the Financial Services sector, ensuring smooth organization readiness and consolidation. - Define integration vision and strategy aligned with deal objectives. - Work with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to establish integration guiding principles. - Identify operational risks, assess consolidation opportunities, and support program management. - Develop target operating models, governance structures, and functional integration plans for Day 1/100 and end-state execution. IT Integration & Transformation: - Plan and manage post-deal IT integration, including vendor selection and IT spend analysis. - Assess IT landscape to identify synergies and cost efficiencies. - Oversee IT operations, bid formulation, and vendor management. Carve-out & Separation: - Develop separation strategies, assess readiness, and manage financial and operational entanglements. - Define operating models and transition strategies, including TSA planning and cost modeling. - Manage the Separation Management Office (SMO) and ensure smooth divestiture execution. Synergy Assessment & Value Realization: - Identify and track synergies/dis-synergies, advising on integration roadmaps and cost efficiencies. - Collaborate with functional leads to drive synergy realization. Qualifications & Experience: - 9+ years of consulting experience in M&A post-deal integration within Financial Services. - Strong expertise in business development, client relationship management, and program execution. - Experience in large-scale technology-led transformation programs. - Deep understanding of banking, insurance, fintech, and other financial services sub-sectors. - Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. - MBA preferred.
