- Were seeking a Director Policy & Advocacy to lead national and state-level advocacy effortsdriving systemic reform through rigorous research, strategic stakeholder engagement, and high-level policy influence.

What youll do:

- Lead national & state policy advocacy strategies from design to execution

- Conduct and oversee policy research, legal research, and evidence synthesis

- Draft and shape policy notes, reform proposals, legislative briefs, and position papers

- Map and engage complex stakeholder ecosystems including government, Parliament, multilaterals, and funders

- Drive high-level engagements with senior policymakers, Parliamentarians, and institutional leaders

- Track legislative developments and identify windows for influence

- Build and lead a high-performing policy & advocacy team

What were looking for:

- 15+ years of experience in public policy, advocacy, government relations, or research-led policy work

- Strong expertise in research design, stakeholder mapping, and policy/legal drafting

- Proven experience engaging senior government and political stakeholders

- Deep understanding of Indias parliamentary and governance systems

- Excellent analytical writing and strategic communication skills

- Prior leadership experience managing teams and complex initiatives
