Experience Required: - 18+ years of deep operational end-to-end planning experience - Previous experience in setting up a global capability hub preferred. - Experience with Kinaxis planning system preferred. - Extensive end-to-end Supply Chain manager experience; and handle leading people and ground breaking changes. - Higher level degree or equivalent experience: Master's Degree or equivalent professional qualification. - Experience of working in a matrix structure Key Responsibilities: 1. Demand Planning Leadership Oversee global demand forecasting processes using historical data, market trends, customer input, and advanced analytics. Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations teams to create accurate, consensus-driven demand forecasts. 2. Supply Planning & Optimization Manage global supply planning to ensure timely product availability while optimizing costs and inventory. Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to balance supply constraints with demand requirements. 3. Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) Lead the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Drive cross-functional alignment among Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product Management. 4. Analytics & Technology Enablement Implement and enhance planning tools and platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis). Utilize data analytics, AI, and machine learning to improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness. 5. Global Strategy & Execution Align supply chain planning strategies with broader corporate goals such as sustainability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Ensure regional execution adheres to global standards while accommodating local market needs. 6. Risk Management & Agility Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions, demand volatility, geopolitical risks, or logistical issues. Promote supply chain resilience and adaptability across the global network.
