Description:
- Strong understanding of attribution, retargeting, and cohort analysis.
- Proven ability to run high-volume lead-gen campaigns with ROI focus.
- Prior experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Sales, Product).
- Comfort with CRMs, marketing automation tools, A/B testing frameworks, and dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate data into decisions.
- Own and scale all paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, others).
- Drive monthly campaign planning, experimentation, creative testing, and channel expansion.
- Track and optimize the full marketing-to-empanelment funnel with the Business Acquisition team.
- Improve lead quality, ICP clarity, lead scoring, and marketing sales velocity.
- Expand offline/partner channels (referral partners, affiliates, influencers, training partners).
- Drive high-quality creative production + strong analytics and reporting.
- Manage multi-layer marketing, growth ops, and partnerships teams.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and cost control (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
- Deliver performance impact on big strategic campaigns and experiments.
