Our client is a high-growth healthcare technology organisation serving the healthcare, payer, provider, and revenue cycle management ecosystem. With significant investment in technology, analytics, AI/ML, and operations, the company is scaling its India Global Capability Centre (GCC) as a strategic hub supporting global growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Director, People to lead the HR function for the India GCC. Reporting to the global People leadership team, this role will drive talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, culture, and HR operations while partnering closely with India and global business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the India People strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

- Partner with leadership on organisation design, workforce planning, and talent management.

- Drive hiring and employer branding across Engineering, Product, Data, Analytics, Operations, and Corporate Functions.

- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engagement-focused culture.

- Lead performance management, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.

- Oversee compensation, benefits, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.

- Serve as the key People partner between India and global stakeholders.

Experience Required

- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

- Experience supporting high-growth technology, HealthTech, Healthcare Services, RCM, SaaS, or GCC organisations.

- Proven track record of building and scaling teams in a multinational environment.

- Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.

- Experience partnering with global leadership teams.

- Strong knowledge of Indian employment law and HR best practices.
