- Develop, own and lead global People Analytics strategy and cross-geographic people analytics team to effectively share insights from our people data to support our retention, acquisition, overall talent development and people strategies. Develop and lead standard processes for: - Exposing and presenting key actionable insights - Common advanced analytical methods - Global application of products (i.e., Strategic Workforce Planning, Turnover Predictions, DE&I Predictions) - Staffing resources for growing demand of services/projects - Governance and intake of projects Accountabilities: - Role would be involved in strategic (60%), operational & executional (20%), tactical (20%) activities - Role would have high/medium decision making autonomy - Role would require low supervision from manager - Role has high complexity
